Some times device may stop functioning. There are some common reasons for it like: wire crush and voltage surge e.t.c. If it is not obvious what is broken making some tests before reporting will greatly help us to determine the problem and assist you in the best way. Please answer questions bellow if they may be applied to your case.


1. Please describe what is broken?

Give any description of what you were doing and what went wrong.

2. When someone jumping on the trampoline watch lamps in the sensors. Is they blinking? For both sensors?

Each sensor block under the trampoline has 3 LED lamps that should shine green and blink each time someone lands on the trampoline. Please check if they are blinking and if behaviour differs from described above – please describe what you see for each trampoline. For example the lamps may not shine at all or remain turned on when athlete have landed.


2.1 If there is a problem with one of the trampolines – try to switch sensors between trampolines and describe what happens in this case.

If the problem is with only one sensors block or with wires this will help to identify the problem. Please describe what happend after switching.


3. When someone jumping on the trampoline select the trampoline and watch the console. Do you see the black arrow that appear on the screen when somebody lands on the trampoline?

Turn on TMD, press 1 for trampoline 1, press 2 for trampoline 2. Normally you should see black arrow each time someone lends on the net for each trampoline. If the behaviour is different please describe.


4. Is the screen on the console is working?

Some times due to voltage surge the screen may burn. In this case you will not see anything on the screen after turning on the device or you may see corrupted image. Please describe what you see.
